Dinah Wailana Seguban (left) is our lead assistant instructor (alaka'i) and has been dancing with the Halau for many years. She actively participates in many competitions, such as George Na’ope Festival, Tahiti Fete, and E Hula Mau. Her experiences in competitions and performances are evident in her teachings. Dinah is our alaka’i for the Monday night Hula class and the lead instructor for our Tahitian class.
 

Desiree Joy Kamalani Zarudny (right) has been dancing with the Halau since the age of six. She actively participates in many competitions and performances, including George Na’ope Festival, Tahiti Fete, and E Hula Mau. She assists in costume design and dance choreography. Desiree is one of our lead assistant instructor (alaka’i) for the Ori Tahiti classes and our assistant instructor (kokua) for the Keiki classes.
